I'm an n-th year PhD student in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at the University of California, San Diego. My current research interests include applications of network coding and peer-to-peer systems. But I enjoy most systems topics. I work with Amin Vahdat.
I used to work with Andrew Chien in his Concurrent Systems Architecture Group. And before coming to San Diego, I worked with Tara Madhyastha in her Storage Technology Advanced Research Group at the University of California, Santa Cruz. In June 2003, I received degrees in Computer Science and in Mathematics from UC, Santa Cruz.
